The plastic bottle with a white matte cap is a practical and lightweight packaging suitable for various liquid and gel formulations. Thanks to precise manufacturing from plastic with a smooth surface, it allows easy filling, secure closing and comfortable use in home production as well as in small-scale artisan cosmetic manufacturing.
The packaging is designed to reliably maintain the stability of the product and to minimize the risk of unwanted leakage of the contents. It represents a universal solution for cosmetic preparations, body care products and other mixtures where hygienic dosing and the aesthetic appearance of the bottle are important.
The bottle alone is compatible with various types of caps and dosing systems according to the parameters selected for the product. You can use screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators, allowing you to easily adapt the dosing method to the specific type of product.
The packaging and cap combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if you follow basic hygiene rules. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and preserves the quality of the product inside the bottle.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend emptying it, rinsing it basically and then handing it over sorted according to the recommendations given in the product parameters for this packaging on the Handymade.sk website. The recycling symbol and material type in the parameter table will indicate into which fraction of sorted waste the packaging belongs. By sorting correctly you support the recycling process and reduce the amount of waste.
The bottle is ideal for liquid and lightly viscous products, such as facial and body waters, tonics, hair tonics, light emulsions, serums or various care solutions. In combination with a suitable type of cap or dispenser, you can also adapt it for products intended for targeted application to the skin or hair.
Yes, thanks to its low weight and screw cap, the plastic bottle is very suitable as travel packaging as well. For transport we recommend always tightening the bottle firmly, using an additional protective pouch if necessary and not leaving it exposed to extreme temperatures (for example in a car in direct sunlight) in order to preserve the stability of the contents and of the packaging itself.
