White plastic bottle with dispenser and cap is a practical packaging component designed for convenient, hygienic and precise dispensing of various liquid preparations. Thanks to the combination of the bottle, dosing pump and protective cap, it is suitable for professional as well as home packaging of products where it is important to protect the contents from contamination and to ensure a consistently repeatable dose with each press.
The bottle enables clean dispensing without unnecessary spillage and is suitable for emulsions, gels, liquid soaps, facial and body care products, and hair cosmetics. The practical dosing part supports comfortable use, saves product and helps keep the packaging and the area around the neck clean and tidy.
This product is supplied as a combination of bottle and dosing pump with cap, thus forming a functional, ready-to-use unit. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle, dispenser and cap must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Thorough hygiene extends the service life of the packaging and reduces the risk of microbial spoilage of the product inside the bottle.
After the contents have been used up, we recommend rinsing the bottle as soon as possible with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, then rinsing thoroughly and allowing it to dry. Before the next filling, it is advisable to spray or rinse the inside of the packaging and the surface of the dosing part with disinfectant alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, and allow it to air out. Packaging prepared in this way is suitable for a new hygienic filling.
The dosing pump is designed for comfortable use with common liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic preparations, such as facial and body emulsions, lighter creams, gels or liquid soaps. For very viscous formulations, dosing may be more difficult, so we recommend always performing a trial filling before introducing it into production and testing whether the pump ensures a smooth discharge and whether the product does not accumulate in the dosing mechanism.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it according to the material specified in the parameter table for the product. Before handing it over to separated waste collection, rinse the packaging to remove product residues and, if possible, separate the individual components (bottle body, dispenser, cap) according to the type of plastic. The bottle itself is usually placed in a container intended for plastics, while local waste sorting rules may differ slightly – therefore follow the recommendations of your municipality and the recycling symbols indicated for the product.
