The plastic bottle with dispenser and cap represents a practical and hygienic packaging for liquid products that require precise and controlled dosing. Thanks to the integrated dispensing system, it is suitable for filling and applying various cosmetic and other preparations for which user comfort and cleanliness of the neck of the container are important.
This type of packaging is designed to make filling, storage and everyday use easier. The rigid plastic wall helps protect the contents from external influences, and the practical cap reduces the risk of unintended product leakage during transport or when carried in a bag or cosmetic pouch.
This product represents a complete combination of bottle, dosing pump and protective cap, ready for immediate use without the need for further composing of the packaging. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – especially of sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, content of oils, alcohols or surface-active substances).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle with dispenser is generally more suitable for liquid to medium-viscosity products such as toners, light emulsions, body milks or liquid soaps. For very thick creams, dosing may be more difficult, so for your own formulation we recommend testing the consistency of the product in combination with this type of dispenser in advance and adjusting it as needed.
The packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are followed. However, before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle, dispenser and cap to minimise the risk of product contamination. For disinfection we recommend using for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Only after thorough rinsing, drying and checking the tightness is the packaging ready for reuse.
When filling, we recommend using a funnel or a suitable filling aid to minimise the contact of the product with the neck and thread of the bottle. Fill slowly along the inner wall of the packaging, which reduces the formation of air bubbles in the liquid. After filling, check the neck and remove any impurities or product residues with a clean cloth or paper towel before screwing on the dispenser, in order to maintain optimal tightness and the aesthetic appearance of the packaging.
The dispenser is a sensitive part of the packaging that operates with a delicate mechanism. During use, make sure that product does not dry on it, especially around the outlet opening. In case of a longer break in use, you can remove product residues with a dampened cloth or a cotton swab. When changing the type of filling, it is advisable to flush the dispenser with a compatible cleaning solution and let it dry thoroughly so that it is ready for further use without affecting the fragrance, colour or consistency of the new formulation.
To choose suitable packaging, you can use the extended filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Thanks to the filter, you can easily narrow down the selection according to parameters such as type and size of the neck, overall size of the packaging, colour or material. In this way you will quickly find bottles, pharma bottles, jars or pots that meet the technical and design requirements of your product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after emptying and basic cleaning, sorting it for recycling according to the material indicated in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. Before discarding, it is advisable to separate the individual parts of the packaging (bottle body, dispenser, cap) so that you can place them in the appropriate collection containers according to local recycling rules. In this way you will support efficient waste processing and reduce its impact on the environment.
