The plastic bottle with sprayer represents a practical and professional packaging intended for convenient dosing of various liquid preparations with a fine mist. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material and ergonomic shape, it is suitable for both smaller and larger product batches, whether for home production or for small-scale artisanal manufacture of cosmetics and household products. The integrated sprayer enables precise, economical and hygienic application of the preparation directly to the desired area.
This packaging is designed to reliably protect the contents from external influences while providing the user with comfort in everyday use. Thanks to the practical dosing, it is suitable for products where uniform dispersion, easy application and good handling are important, including when travelling or in a professional setting.
This product represents a complete combination of bottle and sprayer, ready for immediate use after filling. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The sprayer is primarily intended for thinner, water-based formulations which allow a fine and even spray to be created. With thicker emulsions or oil blends, spraying performance may deteriorate or the nozzle may clog. Before final use, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the behaviour of the specific recipe in the packaging.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed; however, we always recommend thorough cleaning and disinfection before each new filling. The bottle and sprayer need to be rinsed with a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsed with water and disinfected, for example using the products IPA 99 % or plant ethanol (ALK001 / ALK002), which you can find on the pages IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely so that the new product is not diluted or impaired.
When cleaning, it is important to pay attention not only to the bottle body but also to the pump itself and the nozzle. After emptying the contents, disassemble the packaging, rinse the inner part of the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution and then with clean water. Flush the tube and sprayer mechanism by pouring a small amount of cleaning or disinfecting solution into the empty bottle and pressing the sprayer several times so that the solution passes through the entire system. Disinfection can be carried out using alcohol-based preparations, for example IPA 99 % or plant ethanol, and after disinfection all parts must be allowed to dry completely.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly in accordance with the material type specified in the product parameters. Before handing it over for separate collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle as much as possible and rinse out any remaining contents. Then separate the packaging according to the materials used (the bottle body and sprayer mechanism may be made from different plastics) and place them in the appropriate containers for sorted waste according to local regulations. In this way you support efficient recycling and reduce the amount of waste.
