The transparent plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical packaging solution designed for hygienic and even dispensing of liquid products in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the combination of a lightweight plastic body and a functional spray pump, it is suitable for cosmetic, hygiene and craft formulations that require quick and convenient application without direct contact with the contents. The transparent design enables visual control of the contents and the remaining amount, which makes work easier both during production and in everyday use.
The packaging is designed to ensure reliable spraying of various types of liquids – from watery solutions to light spray blends. The spray pump with protective cap helps reduce the risk of accidental leakage of the contents, for example when carried in a bag or suitcase. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, the bottle fits well in the hand and is suitable for home-made products, professional use and smaller test batches.
This bottle with spray pump is supplied as a functional unit ready for immediate use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of optimal performance with your particular product.

For plastic packaging made of PET material, it is important to take into account the limits related to temperature resistance. PET is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures, therefore it is not recommended to pour hot blends into the packaging or to expose it to a direct heat source. There is a risk of deformation of the packaging shape and a reduction in the functionality of the spray pump. The packaging is not suitable for dishwashing or boiling; during preparation and cleaning it is advisable to work with moderate temperatures and gentle cleaning procedures.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled appropriately and if there is no visible damage. However, with each new filling it is essential to follow basic hygiene principles – the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the product. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for this purpose, available in the Handymade range. Before reuse, allow the packaging to dry completely and then test the functionality of the spray pump with a small amount of product.
Before refilling, we recommend disassembling the packaging into its individual parts (bottle body, spray pump, any protective cap) and mechanically cleaning it from residues of the previous product. PET material is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures, therefore do not boil the bottle and do not wash it in a dishwasher. After rinsing with lukewarm water and a gentle cleaning agent, it is advisable to disinfect the internal surfaces and the exterior with an alcohol solution. Products such as isopropyl alcohol or plant-based denatured ethanol are suitable for this purpose. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then reassemble them and fill with a new product.
The PET packaging is not intended for direct filling with hot or freshly heat-processed preparations. High temperature can lead to deformation of the bottle walls, distortion of the neck shape and deterioration of the spray pump sealing, which will affect both the functionality and the aesthetics of the packaging. If you prepare products that are heated during manufacture, it is recommended to let them cool completely to room temperature first and only then fill them into the PET bottle. It is likewise not recommended to store the bottle near sources of heat or in direct sunlight for a long time.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, responsible recycling according to the material specified in the product parameters is recommended. The body of the bottle is made of PET plastic, which is commonly sorted into containers for plastic waste. Before disposal, empty the packaging, remove any remaining contents and, if possible, rinse it lightly. The spray pump and small plastic parts usually also belong in plastic waste, but they may be made from a combination of several materials, therefore it is advisable to follow local waste sorting rules. By recycling, you help to reduce the amount of waste and support the efficient use of raw materials in further processing.
