Transparent plastic bottle with silver cap 100 ml represents a practical packaging for filling various cosmetic and liquid products where content visibility and aesthetic design are important. The transparent body of the bottle enables quick visual control of the quantity as well as the appearance of the filling, which makes it suitable for professional and home use. The high-quality plastic material in combination with the silver closure creates a representative, modern look suitable for small batches and branded products.
This compact bottle is designed to reliably protect liquid and slightly viscous formulations during storage and use. It is particularly suitable where practical handling, easy dosing and the possibility of safe carrying in a handbag, travel bag or cosmetic kit are required. Thanks to the materials used, the packaging is stable, lightweight and suitable for everyday use.
Individual plastic bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options (for example screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected at purchase. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the method and consistency of dispensing, as well as the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (pH, alcohol content, oil components, etc.).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before the first filling we recommend thoroughly rinsing the bottle and removing any possible manufacturing or mechanical impurities. It is then suitable to disinfect the packaging with an appropriate alcohol-based preparation in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of sensitive cosmetic formulations. For disinfection you can use isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of cosmetic grade, which you will find in our range, and after application allow them to evaporate completely before filling the product.
The bottle can be used repeatedly provided that basic hygiene principles are observed and the packaging is not visibly damaged or deformed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected, for example using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After treatment with the disinfectant preparation let the inner surface dry completely and only then refill the bottle in order to minimise the risk of disturbing formulation stability.
For cleaning we recommend using lukewarm water and an appropriate amount of a mild detergent that is compatible with the given material and the residues of your product. The plastic packaging should not be exposed to high temperatures, therefore boiling, using steam sterilisers or washing in a dishwasher is not recommended. In the case of excessive thermal load there is a risk of deformation of the packaging and deterioration of the sealing properties of the closure. After washing it is suitable to let the bottle dry naturally upside down and then, if necessary, disinfect it with an alcohol solution.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material designation given in the product parameters. Before handing it over to separated collection, empty the packaging, ideally rinse it from product residues and, if possible, separate the individual parts (bottle, cap, any inserts) according to material. Then dispose of them in the appropriate container intended for that type of plastic according to local waste sorting rules. In this way you will support more efficient waste processing and a reduction in environmental burden.
