The transparent plastic bottle with smooth white cap and reducer represents a practical and aesthetic packaging for various liquid and slightly viscous preparations. Thanks to its transparent body, you always have a visual overview of the contents, which makes it easier to control the quantity and to present the final product. The integrated reducer in the cap ensures more precise and controlled dispensing, making the packaging suitable for both professional and home use in cosmetics and other segments.
The bottle is designed as a reliable container for liquid formulations, where protection of the product against contamination and easy handling during dispensing are important. The smooth white cap looks clean and universal, so the packaging can be easily combined with different label and brand design styles.
Yes, the packaging can be reused with appropriate handling, but always with strict adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and cap must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of technical grade intended for cleaning packaging, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. With PET material, avoid exposure to high temperatures, do not boil it and do not wash it in a dishwasher to prevent deformation of the packaging.
With plastic bottles made of PET material, exposure to high temperatures is not recommended, because when boiling or washing in a dishwasher there is a risk of softening and deformation of the packaging. For safe cleaning and disinfection it is advisable first to wash the packaging in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and then disinfect it with an alcohol-based product such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in an environmentally friendly way according to the type of material stated in the parameter table at the product page on the Handymade website. Before placing it in the appropriate container, remove any product residues, rinse the packaging and, in the case of a combination of different materials (e.g. plastic body and a different type of cap), separate the individual parts according to the recommendations of the recycling rules. In this way you reduce the amount of waste and support effective material recycling.
To choose suitable packaging you can use the advanced filter, which is located at the top of the page after clicking on the selected category (for example bottles, jars or pots). In the advanced filter you can conveniently filter packaging according to neck type, size, colour and material. In this way you can quickly find a bottle or medicine bottle that will best match the character of your product and the desired method of dosing.
The reducer is designed to allow more precise and economical dosing for common liquid formulations and slightly viscous products. For oils or thinner emulsions, it usually provides smooth dripping or a thin stream. For very thick or gel-based preparations, we recommend carrying out your own dosing test on a small sample, or considering another form of cap or applicator available in the Handymade range according to the neck type of the bottle.
When filling, we recommend working in a clean environment, with disinfected tools and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected packaging, in order to minimise the risk of contamination. Fill the contents at room temperature or only slightly elevated temperature so as not to subject the PET material to undesirable stress. When storing, protect the bottle from direct sunlight and high temperatures, do not place it near sources of heat, and long-term storage in a closed, overheated space (for example in a car in the sun) is not recommended, as this may lead to gradual deformation of the packaging.
