Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygienic principles are observed. However, before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the spray pump. We recommend using a suitable disinfectant, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Only after it has completely dried is the bottle ready again for safe filling with a new formulation.

First rinse the packaging with a suitable cleaning agent or with warm water containing a mild detergent, in order to remove residues of the original product. Then we recommend carrying out disinfection – rinse the inside of the bottle and the suction tube with a small amount of alcohol, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Activate the spray pump several times so that the alcohol reaches the entire mechanism. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly in a clean and well-ventilated place.

The bottle with spray pump is ideal for liquid preparations with low to medium viscosity that need to be applied in the form of a fine mist or spray. It is particularly suitable for hydrolats, toners, refreshing and hydrating waters, hair sprays, light oil or water-based perfumed blends, textile sprays and home-made cleaning solutions adapted for manual spraying. Before filling, always check that the specific formulation does not clog the nozzle and is compatible with the packaging material.

If you decide not to use the packaging repeatedly, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and with the information specified in the product parameters for this packaging. Before recycling, always check the material marking on the bottom or in the product description and then place it in the appropriate container (e.g. plastic). The packaging should be emptied and freed from coarse residues of the contents. In the case of a combination of different materials (e.g. bottle and spray mechanism), it is advisable, where possible, to separate the individual parts and sort them separately.
