The plastic bottle with a transparent trigger sprayer is a practical packaging solution for various liquid preparations where even, fine and targeted spraying is important. Thanks to the transparent bottle body you have a constant visual overview of the contents, which makes it easier to control the fill level and to identify the product. The packaging is designed to function reliably in everyday practice when manufacturing cosmetics, cleaning agents and auxiliary preparations in both small and larger batches.
The ergonomic trigger sprayer allows comfortable application even during prolonged use and is suitable for filling liquid emulsions, aqueous solutions, hydrolats, room sprays and other preparations intended for spraying. The combination of the transparent plastic bottle and the practical sprayer makes it a universal container for home, craft and semi‑professional use.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if properly cared for and if hygiene rules are observed. Before each refilling it is important to clean and disinfect the bottle and the sprayer thoroughly, ideally using a suitable alcohol such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. After rinsing and drying the container, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and checking the sprayer function before normal use.
First we recommend mechanically rinsing the packaging with lukewarm water, possibly with a mild, suitable cleaning agent. Then the bottle and the trigger sprayer must be disinfected with a suitable alcohol – products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based are practical, for example. After disinfection, allow all parts to drain thoroughly and dry at room temperature. If the packaging is made of PET, washing it in a dishwasher or boiling it is not recommended, in order to avoid deformation of the material.
If the packaging is made of PET, filling is recommended exclusively with cooled or room‑temperature liquids. PET material is not intended for contact with high temperatures, which may lead to softening or deformation of the bottle or to a reduction in the sprayer’s functionality. For the same reason, it is not suitable to boil the container or wash it in a dishwasher. To maintain shape stability, fill the bottle only after the product has cooled and store it away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend disposing of it in sorted waste according to the material type stated in the product parameters. The plastic bottle is usually placed in the plastic waste container and it is advisable to empty it beforehand and briefly rinse off any product residues. The trigger sprayer is composed of a combination of several plastic parts, so it is generally disposed of together with plastic waste unless local sorting rules state otherwise. Before recycling, it is good practice to separate the bottle from the closure, press the air out of the container and thus minimise its volume during transport and processing.
To make it easier to find the right bottle, jar or other container, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the chosen packaging category. In the advanced filter you can customise the product display according to several parameters – select a specific neck finish, container size, colour and material. This allows you to quickly find the packaging that best suits your product and the intended dosing method.
The trigger sprayer is ideal for thin, water‑based or low‑viscosity products where even misting is desired – for example facial and body sprays, hydrolats, room fresheners or cleaning solutions. For thicker emulsions, oil serums or products that should be dosed dropwise, it may be more appropriate to choose another combination of container and closure (for example a pump, dispenser or dropper). If you plan to change the closure type, we recommend always checking the compatibility of the bottle neck and performing a functionality test with your specific preparation.
