Glass bottle – dropper vial represents a professional packaging suitable for precise dosing of liquid mixtures in cosmetics as well as in the field of DIY formulations. High‑quality clear glass allows good visual control of the contents and, in combination with the dropper, ensures comfortable, hygienic and repeatedly precise dosing when filling a smaller volume of preparations.
Thanks to its shape, this packaging bottle is suitable for filling liquid products with low to medium viscosity that require dropwise or spot application. The glass dropper vial is popular for concentrated formulations where protection of the contents, minimisation of contact with the external environment and easy use by the end customer are important.
The glass bottle – vial is designed as a stand‑alone packaging and is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options according to the selected parameters in the Handymade.sk offer. It can be combined with screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators, enabling you to easily set the method of application according to the character of your product.
Packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verifying sealing, dosing, user comfort as well as the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (including viscosity and active ingredient content).

The glass bottle – dropper vial with dropper is generally suitable for most common oil‑based and water‑based cosmetic serums and concentrates. Before final use, however, we always recommend testing the specific formulation in a smaller trial batch in order to verify stability, correct dosing with the dropper and application comfort during long‑term use.
The packaging can be reused provided that hygienic principles are observed. Before refilling, we recommend thoroughly rinsing the bottle and the dropper, cleaning them mechanically and subsequently disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation. In practice, the use of isopropyl alcohol or ethanol has proven effective; you can find these on Handymade.sk, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly so that moisture does not accumulate in the packaging.
The dropper enables dosing drop by drop, which is practical for concentrated serums and active substances. For very thin or, conversely, more viscous formulations, however, the behaviour of the dropper may differ, so we recommend performing a trial filling and testing whether the dripping speed and drop size suit your specific product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it where possible in accordance with local waste‑sorting regulations. The glass vial normally belongs in the container designated for glass, while the dropper and its plastic or rubber parts should be separated and sorted according to the material type stated in the product parameters. Before recycling, empty and rinse the packaging as thoroughly as possible so that no product residues remain.
