Fucocert is an excellent moisturizing ingredient for cosmetic preparations intended for children’s as well as aging skin. It is an anionic polysaccharide that is obtained by bacterial fermentation of plant-based components that are not of GMO origin. It is a transparent liquid of light yellow color. On the skin, it creates a protective biofilm, which results in excellent moisturizing and soothing effects on the skin. Thanks to the presence of L-fucose, it contributes to the reduction of the occurrence of allergic reactions and gives cosmetic products a velvety soft texture. It also contains D-galactose and galacturonic acid.

Fucocert is a 1% water-based solution that does not contain a preservative, but is supplemented with Sodium levulinate, Glyceryl caprylate and p-Anisic acid.

It is ideal for gels, emulsions, facial toners, for the preparation of products with a foam consistency, for aftershave preparations, sunscreens, etc. In hair care, it helps keep the hair hydrated and protects the scalp from irritation.

It is very easy to incorporate into all formulations, stable over a wide pH range (3- 10) as well as at temperatures up to 70°C.

Soluble in water, glycerin and propylene glycol.

Recommended dosage: 0,5 - 6%
