Olive squalane or olive squalane is an olive oil extract.
It is a gentle oil that absorbs deep into the skin without leaving it greasy. It helps hydrate the skin and remove the signs of aging, by creating a lipid barrier on the skin or hair, it prevents dehydration. It is especially appreciated in the care of dry and dehydrated skin, is effective in protecting the skin from cold and windy weather, is wonderful in massage and body oils, and also helps in the treatment of eczema, acne and other skin problems.
Due to its properties and ability to soak into the skin without leaving it feeling greasy, you can also apply it directly to the skin, for example as a base under makeup during the day or an anti-aging serum at night.
It is insoluble in water and soluble in oil, dosage 5 - 70%.
