Activated charcoal is 100% vegetable charcoal. It is formed from charcoal through a heating process, making it safe for medical and cosmetic use.
It is not only an excellent coloring agent for soaps, but because of its absorbency (binding positive ions of impurities to itself) it also helps to remove excess sebum and impurities from the skin, gently exfoliating it and balancing oily skin as well. By using it regularly, you can prevent the clogging of pores that results from various skin defects.
It is ideal for soaps, face masks and wraps.
It is not soluble in water or oil.
Our activated charcoal is pharmaceutical grade.
As it is a natural product, there may be variations in colour and fragrance from batch to batch.
Recommended dosage: 0.1-100%
All raw materials supplied are of cosmetic quality, not suitable for internal use.

Recipe for detoxifying mask:
Mix activated charcoal, bentonite clay and rose water in equal proportions. Add a little honey. Apply to face and leave on for 10 minutes. Then wash off the mask, pat your face dry and moisturize.
