The glass bottle with dropper represents a professional packaging suitable for precise and hygienic dosing of liquid preparations. It is particularly suitable for serums, oils, concentrates and other products where controlled, drop-by-drop application and reliable protection of the composition throughout the entire period of use are important.
The dark, opaque glass helps to limit the penetration of light to the contents, which supports the stability and durability of sensitive formulations. In combination with the dropper, it forms a practical, aesthetic and functional vial that is suitable for use in home cosmetics, small-scale production and for test or laboratory samples.
Glass bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected at purchase. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – focus in particular on sealing, the method of dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation.

Yes, the packaging is suitable for most common oily and slightly viscous formulations. For thicker preparations, however, we recommend first testing the flow rate through the dropper and, if necessary, adjusting the formula or choosing a different type of dispensing. Before final filling it is always advisable to prepare a trial sample in order to verify the application comfort for the end user.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We recommend mechanical washing, thorough rinsing and subsequent disinfection with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or with ethanol of plant origin. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill them with the product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition indicated in the product parameters. Clean the glass part of the bottle from product residues as usual and place it in the appropriate glass container. It is advisable to separate the dropper and plastic or rubber components and place them in sorted waste according to the type of material, or into mixed waste if local recycling rules do not allow separate sorting. Please respect local rules for waste collection and recycling.
When filling, make sure that the packaging is clean, disinfected and completely dry, thus minimising the risk of microbial contamination. Do not overfill the bottle so that the dropper seals correctly and there is no product leakage. After filling, always tighten the closure firmly and store in a dry place, at a stable room temperature and away from direct sunlight. For sensitive formulations we recommend regularly checking the fragrance, colour and consistency of the product.
