Glass bottle with black sprayer represents a universal and aesthetic packaging suitable for various liquid formulations where precise and comfortable application via a fine mist is important. Thanks to the stable material and high-quality workmanship, this bottle is ideal for filling cosmetic products, aromatherapy blends and other products for which content protection and the professional appearance of the finished product are essential. The combination of a glass pharma bottle and a functional sprayer provides easy dosing, practical use and reusable packaging suitable for both small and larger product series.
Glass bottles of this type are standalone packaging components that are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected product parameters. Depending on the specific version, you can combine:
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – verify sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil phase, etc.).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with proper handling and adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely to ensure the best possible cleanliness and functionality of the sprayer.
After the contents have been used up, disassemble the bottle into the glass container and the plastic part of the sprayer. Wash the glass part with warm water and a mild detergent, rinse well and then disinfect with alcohol. We recommend spraying clean water, or water with a small proportion of alcohol, through the sprayer to remove product residues from the nozzle and capillary. Do not expose the sprayer to extreme temperatures or aggressive cleaning agents that could damage the internal mechanism.
This type of bottle with sprayer is particularly suitable for liquid and low-viscosity products where a fine mist or even dispersion is desired. These include especially facial and body sprays, hydrolats, flower waters, refreshers, toners, hair tonics, light caring serums for the scalp and practical disinfectant and cleaning solutions for external use. For thicker formulations, it is always necessary to test whether the sprayer doses the product reliably.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material type stated in the product parameters. After rinsing, place the glass bottle in the appropriate container for glass, while the plastic sprayer should be sorted into the container designated for plastics, unless local sorting rules state otherwise. Before disposal, always follow the recommendations of your waste collection company and the information provided with the product so that recycling is as effective as possible.
To make it easier to choose packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. Using the filter, you can quickly narrow down the offer according to parameters such as neck type and diameter, size, colour or packaging material. By combining these criteria, you will find bottles, jars, pharma bottles or containers that best match the properties of your product and the desired design.
For the first filling, we recommend first pouring the product into just one bottle and performing a trial dosing. Check whether the closure thread fits exactly on the neck, whether the sprayer does not leak when pressed, and whether it produces the desired droplet size. Also observe the behaviour of the formulation after several days of storage (for example, changes in viscosity or nozzle clogging). Only after a successful test do we recommend filling a larger number of packaging units.
