The glass bottle with nasal spray represents a professional solution for dispensing liquid preparations in the form of a fine nasal mist. Thanks to the precise spray mechanism, it is suitable for packaging preparations where accurate and hygienic application into the nasal cavity is important. The dark, opaque glass also helps protect sensitive components from light, thereby supporting the stability and quality of the contents during storage and use.
This packaging is supplied as a bottle with an integrated nasal sprayer designed for precise dosing in the form of a fine spray into the nose. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The glass bottle with nasal spray is generally also suitable for preparations containing essential oils and herbal extracts that are intended for application into the nose. Before final filling, however, we recommend testing the specific formulation in a smaller quantity in order to verify compatibility with the packaging, behaviour during longer storage and the functionality of the sprayer (also the viscosity and any sediment that could affect the spray pattern).
The packaging can be reused provided that strict hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based, while it is essential to follow the recommended procedure for working with alcohols and to allow the packaging to dry completely after disinfection.
It is advisable to regularly rinse the sprayer with lukewarm water or a suitable cleaning solution and press it several times repeatedly in order to flush the system. After cleaning, let all parts dry thoroughly in a clean, dust-free place. For thicker or more alkaline formulations, we recommend cleaning more frequently and always before longer storage to prevent nozzle clogging and deterioration of spray quality.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. The glass container can generally be placed in the glass collection container after thorough emptying and rinsing. Separate the plastic sprayer and any other plastic parts and sort them according to local waste sorting rules. For any remaining contents, follow the recommendations of the product manufacturer and local legislation on handling chemical or cosmetic waste.
