The glass bottle with white-silver spray pump is an elegant and functional packaging intended for precise dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the combination of clear glass and a high-quality sprayer, it provides a professional solution for cosmetic formulations that require hygienic, convenient and controlled application to the skin, hair or the surface of materials. The clear glass container allows good visual control of the contents, which is practical for home cosmetic production as well as for smaller product batches.
Yes, the packaging can be reused provided hygiene principles are followed. Before each refilling it is important to wash the bottle thoroughly, remove any residues of the original product and then disinfect it. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. We also recommend rinsing and testing the sprayer itself so that you can be sure the dosing remains even and without clogging.
First rinse the glass container with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, rinse thoroughly, allow it to dry and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol (for example with products available on Handymade such as IPA or ethanol). We recommend disassembling the sprayer only to the extent that the construction allows without damage and rinsing it with clean water or a suitable solution. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely at room temperature and only then reassemble them and fill with a new product.
The sprayer is ideal for liquid, low-viscosity preparations with the consistency of water or light solutions. Typically these are hydrolats, facial toners, facial refreshing sprays, gentle hair sprays or aromatic blends based on water or alcohol. Thick emulsions, oil blends with high viscosity or products with a high content of solid particles may restrict spraying or clog the nozzle. For each new formula we recommend carrying out a trial filling and verifying the smoothness of dosing.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information provided in the product parameters. The glass container is usually sorted into the bin designated for glass, while the plastic and metal parts of the sprayer belong in plastic collection or general waste, according to the recommendations of your collection system. Before handing the packaging over for recycling, it is advisable to empty it and remove any remaining contents to facilitate further material processing.
