Glass bottle – medicine bottle with white cap and dropper insert represents a professional packaging solution ideal for precise dosing of liquid preparations. Thanks to the integrated dropper insert, it is suitable for filling products where controlled, drop-by-drop application is important, whether these are cosmetic, laboratory or specialized blends.
High-quality glass ensures high chemical stability and minimizes interactions between the contents and the packaging. In combination with the dropper insert and screw cap, this medicine bottle provides reliable sealing, protection against contamination and easy handling in both home and professional production.
This glass bottle is designed as a medicine bottle with a dropper insert and screw cap and is compatible with various types of caps and dosing systems within the same neck parameters. Depending on the specific product, it can be combined, for example, with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators, which you will find in the relevant categories of the packaging assortment.
The packaging and cap combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verifying the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, pH, alcohol content or share of oily components).

The medicine bottle with dropper insert is designed primarily for liquid to medium-viscosity preparations that can be dosed drop by drop. For thicker oils and viscous serums, we recommend testing the flow rate and dosing under your specific conditions before final filling. If the flow is too slow, a different type of cap or dosing system within the compatible packaging range may be more suitable.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be mechanically cleaned (rinsing, mild cleaning agent suitable for the given use) and then disinfected. For disinfection, we recommend using an appropriate alcohol-based preparation, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol – on the website you will find, for example, the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After thorough rinsing and drying, you can refill the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the recommendations given in the parameter table at the product on the website. In general, the glass itself belongs in the container intended for glass waste, while plastic or combined caps and the internal parts of the dropper are sorted according to the material type specified in the parameters. Before placing the bottle in sorted waste, empty it and remove any product residues to facilitate subsequent processing in the recycling process.
Glass packaging is generally very stable even for formulations containing alcohol or concentrated active substances. However, we recommend always carrying out a trial filling of a smaller amount and monitoring the behaviour of the packaging, the sealing of the cap and dropper insert, as well as any changes in the properties of the preparation during storage. In the case of more aggressive components, proceed according to the internal safety and technological procedures of your production.
