The glass bottle (vial) with white-silver atomizer is a practical container designed for hygienic packaging of liquid products where material stability, safe closure and even atomization are important. The glass is material-neutral, does not affect the smell or composition of the product and is also suitable for more sensitive formulations. The dark glass naturally helps protect the contents from light and UV rays, which is especially appreciated in extracts, macerates and products with active ingredients. The bottle is food-grade certified, so it is also suitable for selected liquid products intended for internal use, provided hygiene principles are observed.
Packaging and cap combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

It is most practical for aqueous and low-viscosity formulations where the aim is to disperse evenly in a fine mist (e.g. toners, moisturizing sprays, refreshing waters). For thicker or oily mixtures, we recommend a self-test, as viscosity can affect the quality of atomization.
Yes. Dark glass naturally limits light transmission and helps protect sensitive ingredients, which is advantageous for extracts, macerates or actives, for example. We also recommend proper storage away from direct light for maximum stability.
Yes, the bottle is food grade, so it is also suitable for tinctures, liquid nutritional supplements and extracts intended for internal use. We recommend that you observe hygiene when filling and do your own compatibility test with the specific contents.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before filling, the packaging should be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96%, and then allowed to dry completely.
We recommend the use of well filtered and homogeneous formulations free of suspended particles. For higher viscosity products, perform a spray test and select a different dosing method if necessary.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. After emptying the glass bottle, rinse it out and put it in the glass collection. Sort the dispenser and cap parts into the plastic collection according to local rules; if your sorting allows it, separate the parts and recycle them separately.
