Glass bottle with oil dispenser is a practical packaging intended for precise and hygienic dispensing of oil-based and liquid preparations. Thanks to high-quality glass, it is suitable for filling products that require material stability, minimisation of interaction with the contents, and protection against external influences during storage and use. The glossy finish looks professional and is ideal for branded as well as artisan products, where the appearance of the finished product is also important.
This type of bottle with a dispensing mechanism enables convenient application of a small amount of product without unnecessary contact with the remaining contents. It is particularly suitable for oils and liquids where accurate dosing, cleanliness of the neck and minimisation of contamination are important. Thanks to the glass used, the packaging is dimensionally stable, resistant to normal use and suitable for longer-term storage of final formulations.
This glass bottle is supplied with a practical oil dispenser and is designed to form a functional and reliable packaging unit for precise application of liquids. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the bottle can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. When reusing, we also recommend checking the condition of the dispenser, its functionality and cleanliness, in order to prevent contamination of the final product.
The bottle is ideal for packaging facial, body and hair oils, concentrated serums, oil elixirs, massage blends, treatment oils for nails or beard, and other liquid cosmetic formulations. Thanks to the dispensing mechanism, it makes it easier to apply a smaller amount of product, which is particularly advantageous for intensive or more expensive active ingredients.
Before first use as well as before refilling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle (rinsing with a suitable cleaning agent or hot water, depending on the type of contamination), rinsing thoroughly and allowing it to dry. It is then appropriate to disinfect the packaging with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. For the dispenser, careful cleaning is important so that it is not mechanically damaged and its full functionality is preserved.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle is usually placed in the glass container after being cleaned of product residues. The dispenser and small plastic components are generally sorted as plastic waste, unless otherwise stated in the technical parameters. Before handing over for recycling, it is advisable to remove as much residual cosmetic product from the packaging as possible.

When filling, it is important to work in the cleanest environment possible, use suitable tools (funnel, dosing pipettes) and avoid contact of the contents with hands or non-sterile instruments. Do not fill the bottle right up to the top so that there is space for comfortable fitting of the dispenser without overflow. For storage, we recommend keeping the finished product in a dry and cooler place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat, in order to minimise oxidation of sensitive oil components and preserve the stability of the formulation.
