The glass bottle with a glossy black surface finish and black-gold dropper represents a professional packaging solution suitable for precise and hygienic dosing of liquid products. High-quality glass combined with a practical dropper enables controlled measurement of individual drops, which is ideal especially for concentrated formulations and valuable raw materials. The dark, opaque glass also provides increased protection from light, thereby contributing to longer stability of sensitive components.
This type of bottle is suitable for cosmetic as well as artisan-made products where an elegant appearance, precise dosing and protection of the contents are desired. The black glossy surface looks professional, combines well with various design labels and helps distinguish premium product lines.
This glass bottle is supplied with a black-gold dropper, and the neck type itself allows it to be compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected in the e-shop. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The glass bottle with dropper is designed to handle common cosmetic formulations including products containing essential oils at recommended concentrations. The dark glass helps protect light-sensitive components, which is advantageous for aromatherapeutic and oil blends. Before final filling we always recommend performing your own stability test with the specific formulation to verify long-term compatibility of the contents with the packaging.
The bottle can be reused repeatedly when basic hygiene principles are followed. Before filling, clean it mechanically (rinsing with a suitable medium, removing residues of the previous product) and then disinfect it. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcoholic solution, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. After disinfection let the packaging ventilate thoroughly and dry completely, then refill it again.
For thicker oil serums it is advisable to fill the pipette of the dropper by pressing the bulb more slowly so that a sufficient amount of product enters it. When dosing, apply the drops directly onto the palm of the hand or onto the designated application area and leave time between individual drops for the dropper to release the liquid at an even pace. If you have a highly viscous formulation, we recommend testing the dosing and, if necessary, adjusting the viscosity of the formulation so that passage through the dropper remains smooth and comfortable.
When selecting suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging material category. In the advanced filter you can clearly set parameters such as neck type and size, overall size of the packaging, colour or material. This allows you to quickly select bottles, medicine-type bottles, jars or pots that will best match your formulation and visual concept.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend placing it in sorted collection according to the material indicated in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle usually belongs in the glass container after removing any remaining contents. The dropper is composed of several parts (plastic, rubber, possibly metal), so it is advisable to separate it from the glass and proceed according to local recycling rules. Before handing the packaging over to sorted waste, empty it as much as possible to minimise product residues in the recycling stream.
