The glass bottle with a glossy black surface and white-gold sprayer is an elegant and professional packaging for liquid cosmetic products and delicate blends. Thanks to the high-quality glass and precise spray mechanism, it is suitable for packaging preparations where gentle, even and hygienic dosing is important. The opaque dark glass also helps to protect the more sensitive contents from light, thereby contributing to the stability and longer shelf life of formulations.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if correct hygiene practices are observed. Before each refilling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and sprayer, rinsing them and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the inside of the packaging has completely dried is the packaging ready to be refilled. When changing the type of product (for example from cosmetic to cleaning), we recommend using the packaging rather within a single product line in order to minimize the risk of residues of the original formulation.
The sprayer is ideal for low-viscosity aqueous and hydrosol-based blends, light toners and gentle solutions that are to be applied as a mist or spray to the face, body, hair or textiles. For thicker emulsions or oils, spraying may be limited, therefore when formulating the product we recommend testing the final viscosity and the behaviour of the preparation in the sprayer mechanism. If necessary, it is advisable to adjust the formula or choose another type of dispensing.
Before refilling, the bottle and sprayer must be disassembled into the accessible components, mechanically cleaned (with a mild detergent suitable for laboratory and cosmetic equipment) and thoroughly rinsed with clean water. We then recommend disinfecting the inner surface of the flacon and the outer parts of the mechanism with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature in a clean and dust-free place to prevent dilution or contamination of the new fill by water residues.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted waste according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass bottle can generally be disposed of in a glass container, while the plastic and metal parts of the sprayer belong in sorted plastic or metal waste according to local rules. Before recycling, it is advisable to separate the individual components as much as possible (glass separately, plastic and any metal details separately). If you are unsure, follow the local legislation and the instructions of the waste collection company in your area.
