The glass bottle with a glossy black surface and white spray pump is a practical and professional-looking packaging intended for filling a wide range of liquid preparations. High-quality glass in combination with a functional spray pump enables precise and comfortable dosing, making the bottle suitable for products that require a fine mist distribution onto the skin, hair or into the air. The dark, opaque glass helps protect sensitive components from light, thereby contributing to longer stability and quality of the contents.
This glass bottle is designed as packaging with a spray pump and is ready for use in the configuration available directly on Handymade. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products with a higher content of alcohol, essential oils or active substances.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Glass is generally a very stable material suitable also for formulations containing alcohol or essential oils. For higher concentrations of alcohol or oil phase, we recommend performing your own compatibility test, in particular regarding the functionality of the spray pump (spray uniformity, sealing, long-term behaviour during storage), to verify that the given combination corresponds to your specific product.
The bottle can be used repeatedly provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After rinsing and drying, check the functionality of the spray pump and the sealing to ensure safe and hygienic application of further batches.
First, mechanically rinse the glass part of the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry completely. Then disinfect the interior and the neck of the packaging with alcohol (for example IPA or ethanol from the Handymade range) and allow it to dry again. We recommend rinsing the spray pump itself with water, then briefly spraying alcohol through it and letting it air-dry. Only after it has completely dried is the packaging ready for new filling.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters on Handymade. The glass body of the bottle, once emptied and rinsed, should be sorted into the appropriate glass container in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. The spray pump and plastic parts (if made from a material other than glass) should be separated from the bottle and sorted according to local recommendations for plastic packaging. By following these procedures, you support effective recycling and waste reduction.
To make it easier to choose packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which is available at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Using the filter, you can narrow down the selection in detail according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material. This allows you to quickly find bottles, pharma bottles, jars or other containers that meet the technical and aesthetic requirements of your product.
The compact glass packaging with spray pump is also suitable for carrying in a cosmetic bag or handbag and offers comfortable dosing for everyday use. When travelling, we recommend always checking that the spray pump is tightened correctly and, if necessary, using a protective case or cover to reduce the risk of mechanical damage to the glass. It is also advisable to transport the bottle in an upright position and separately from sharp objects.
