The glass bottle with a glossy surface and a practical cream dispenser represents a professional packaging solution for modern cosmetics and skin care. Thanks to precise dispensing, it is suitable for cream, emulsion and gel formulations that require clean, hygienic and controlled use without the contents coming into contact with air more than is necessary during dispensing.
The dark, opaque glass helps protect sensitive formulations from the effects of light and thus supports the stability of the colour, fragrance and active ingredients. The packaging is suitable for small batches of natural and artisan cosmetics as well as for professional brands that are looking for an elegant, timeless and functional packaging for their products.
This bottle is supplied with a cream dispenser, and the packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. In the range you will find several packaging solutions with different types of dispensing and closure that can be combined with each other within a single product line.
For all combinations, however, we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – check the sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, active substance content, type of solvents, etc.) so that you can be sure of the long-term stability and functionality of the packaging.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The dark, opaque glass helps to limit the effect of light on the contents, which is advantageous for formulations with sensitive components that may degrade due to radiation. Nevertheless, we always recommend verifying the stability of the specific formulation by means of a long-term storage test under real conditions in which the product will be placed (temperature, humidity, light).
The bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. Ensure that the packaging is completely dry after cleaning and disinfection, with no residues of cleaning or disinfecting agents that could affect the stability or fragrance of the product.
The dispenser should be cleaned by gently rinsing it with lukewarm water with a small amount of a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing thoroughly with clean water and allowing it to dry completely. For disinfection, we recommend briefly rinsing with a suitable alcohol and again allowing any remaining liquid to evaporate completely. Avoid mechanically forcing apart parts that are not intended for dismantled use, so as not to damage the pump mechanism.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the extended filter located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. With it, you can quickly filter products by neck type, size, colour and material and thus easily find the bottle, pharma bottle or jar that best matches your formulation and intended method of dispensing.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend placing it into separate waste according to the material specified in the product parameters. After emptying, place the glass container in the appropriate glass collection bin and sort the plastic or combined parts of the dispenser according to local rules. Before handing it over for collection, it is advisable to remove any remaining contents so that recycling can be as efficient as possible.
For thicker creams or gels, we recommend filling the bottle slowly and evenly so that no air bubbles remain in the contents, which could affect smooth dispensing. It is advisable to use a filling syringe or a smaller funnel tool, or to let the freshly filled product stand briefly so that the air can be released naturally before the dispenser is finally closed.
