The glass bottle with spray atomizer is a professional packaging suitable for filling a wide range of cosmetic and liquid products where gentle and even application is required. The dark glass helps to reduce light penetration, thereby contributing to better stability of sensitive formulations and longer shelf life of the contents. In combination with a practical spray atomizer, this bottle is ideal for formulations that require hygienic, touch-free dispensing and easy use.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the bottle.
The spray atomizer is ideal for liquid, low-viscosity products that are to be applied in the form of a fine mist or an even spray. Typically, these are face and body sprays, floral waters, hair tonics, aromatherapeutic and refreshing blends, textile and interior sprays or homemade cleaning solutions. For thicker emulsions or oil blends, it is always advisable to perform a dosing test and, if necessary, choose another type of dispensing closure.
First, rinse the bottle and the sprayer mechanically with warm water and a mild cleaning agent to remove residues of the original product. Then continue rinsing until all traces of foam and fragrance have disappeared. After washing, we recommend disinfecting the internal surfaces and the sprayer tube with alcohol (for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol). Finally, allow all components to drain and dry completely at room temperature so that no moisture forms inside the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in an environmentally friendly way according to the materials specified in the product parameters. After emptying and rinsing, place the glass body of the bottle in the container for glass. Sort the plastic parts of the sprayer and any other components according to the type of plastic specified in the parameter table (most often into the container for plastics). Before sorting, it is advisable to remove any product residues from the packaging so that the recycling process can run efficiently.

We recommend storing the filled bottle in a dry, clean and cooler place, protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Although the darker glass contributes to protecting the contents from light, long-term exposure to high temperatures and intense light can accelerate the degradation of sensitive components. When storing, make sure that the sprayer is tightly screwed on and that the bottle is placed in a stable position, thus minimising the risk of leakage and contamination of the product.
