The glass bottle with spray closure is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise and hygienic dispensing of liquid formulations in a small volume. Thanks to high-quality glass and a fine mist sprayer mechanism, it is ideal for products that require even application in the form of a mist or fine spray. The green glass also provides increased protection for more sensitive components against external influences.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the parameters selected in the product detail. In the range you will find mainly screw caps, droppers, atomizers and practical applicators, which allow you to adapt the packaging to the specific consistency and method of use of your formulation. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. In this way you minimize the risk of microbial contamination and any impact on the stability of the new formulation.
It is recommended to first carry out thorough mechanical cleaning of any residues of the original product with warm water and a mild detergent, followed by rinsing with clean water and complete drying. Only then should you disinfect the packaging, including all parts that come into contact with the product, with an alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % plant ethanol. Before refilling, make sure that no residues of the cleaning or disinfecting agent remain in the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, its recycling is recommended according to the recommendations given in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can generally be disposed of in the container for sorted glass waste after you have removed any remaining contents. The spray mechanism and any plastic components should be separated and placed in the appropriate plastics collection, unless the product parameters state otherwise. By following these instructions, you contribute to responsible handling of packaging material.
The bottle with spray closure is ideal for liquid formulations intended to be sprayed in the form of a fine mist. It is particularly suitable for facial and body toners, floral waters, air fresheners, aromatherapeutic blends, hair and body sprays, disinfectant solutions for hands or surfaces and other low-viscosity products. For formulations with a higher oil content or with specific viscosities, we recommend testing the dosing performance on a small trial batch.
