The green glass bottle with a glossy black dropper is a practical packaging solution designed for precise dosing of liquid cosmetic and technical preparations. The combination of a high-quality glass dropper bottle and a dropper allows comfortable, hygienic and controlled withdrawal of the contents drop by drop, which is ideal for concentrated formulations and valuable raw materials.
Green glass reduces light transmission and helps protect more sensitive components from unwanted effects of external influences. The smaller-volume bottle is suitable for products where dose accuracy, economical packaging and easy portability are important. The integrated dropper ensures convenient application directly to the skin, scalp, nails or into a mixture.
This glass bottle with dropper is supplied as a functional combination of packaging and closure with a dosing element. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – especially in terms of sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, volatile substances or acidity/alkalinity).

Yes, the glass bottle is designed to safely serve for packaging oil serums, vegetable oils and other cosmetic preparations. Glass is a stable material with low interaction with the contents, therefore it is also suitable for blends with a higher share of active substances. Before filling, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling in a smaller quantity to verify the long-term stability of your specific formulation in the given packaging.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned, any residues of the original product removed and then disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol – you can find them in our range as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, leave all parts to dry thoroughly on a clean surface and only then refill the bottle.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material stated in the product parameters. The glass bottle is usually sorted into the container for glass, while the closure with dropper belongs to plastic or mixed packaging according to local collection rules. Before handing over for recycling, empty the packaging, remove as much product residue as possible and separate the individual materials (glass, plastic, possibly rubber) from each other, if possible. Always check the exact sorting method according to the current recommendations in your town or municipality.
The behaviour of the dropper depends on the viscosity and surface tension of the specific formulation. With very thin solutions the dosing may be faster, with dense oils slower. We recommend carrying out a trial filling and, if necessary, adjusting the formulation (for example by changing the ratio of oils), or choosing another type of applicator from our range. For highly viscous blends a pump or another dosing element designed for viscous preparations may be more suitable.

This enables you to quickly narrow down the selection to packaging that meets the requirements of your formulation as well as the visual style of your brand.
