The green glass bottle with a glossy black-and-gold dispenser represents an aesthetically appealing and hygienic packaging solution for liquid products for face, body and hair care. Thanks to the high-quality glass, the bottle is suitable for filling various cosmetic formulations that require a stable environment and precise dosing. The darker colouration of the glass helps to limit light penetration to the contents, which supports longer stability and protects more sensitive active ingredients when stored correctly. The elegant dispenser ensures comfortable, clean and controlled application without unnecessary contact of the contents with air and hands.
This packaging is an already finished combination of bottle and dispenser, prepared for immediate use with a suitable cosmetic formulation. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of optimal functionality under your conditions.

The glass bottle with dispenser is suitable for a wide range of cosmetic formulations, including oil serums and preparations with active ingredients, provided they are compatible with the glass and with the plastic parts used in the dispenser. Before final filling, we always recommend carrying out test filling and a short-term stress test (stability of texture, colour, fragrance and functionality of the dispenser) in order to verify the long-term compatibility of the specific formula with the packaging.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example with the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % (of plant origin). For disinfection you can use products available on Handymade in the raw materials section: IPA 99 – isopropyl alkohol 1 l and Etanol 96 denaturovaný rastlinný 1 l. After thorough washing, rinsing and drying, the bottle can be safely refilled with a new product, and we always recommend not mixing fundamentally different types of formulations in the same packaging without thorough cleaning.
Before re-use, we recommend disassembling the bottle (separating the dispenser from the glass), washing the glass part with warm water and a mild detergent and rinsing well so that no residues of the cleaning agent remain. Clean the dispenser more gently, by hand, without exposing it to extremely hot water, in order to avoid damage to the seals and mechanism. After washing, allow all parts to dry completely and then disinfect the inner surface with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using IPA 99 – isopropyl alkohol 1 l or Etanol 96 denaturovaný rastlinný 1 l. Only after complete disinfection and drying do we recommend filling the bottle again, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the new product.
If you decide not to re-use the packaging, it is appropriate to recycle it responsibly according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass bottle, once emptied and basically rinsed, is usually placed in the container intended for packaging glass, while the plastic and metal parts of the dispenser should preferably be separated and sorted according to local rules (for example into plastic or metal collection, if the system allows this). Always adapt specific recommendations to the local system of separate waste collection and to the information in the parameter table for this product on the Handymade website, where you will find more detailed data on the packaging materials.
