Glass bottle – green dosing medicine bottle with black top represents a professional packaging solution suitable for filling cosmetic and technical liquids that require precise and hygienic dispensing. The dark green glass helps reduce light penetration to the contents, which is particularly advantageous for products sensitive to external influences and supports longer stability of active ingredients.
The small bottle is intended for packaging serums, creamy emulsions, oil blends, cosmetic solutions or other liquid formulations where controlled application to the skin is important. Thanks to the high-quality glass and dosing system, it is suitable for small batches, testers, premium products and DIY formulations, where not only functionality but also the professional appearance of the packaging is important.
This packaging is ready for use as a bottle with a dosing top, and the solution is designed for comfortable and repeatable application of the product. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify product stability and user comfort under specific conditions.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass bottle is suitable for most oil-based and water-based cosmetic formulations, provided they are generally stable in contact with glass. Green glass helps reduce the effect of light on sensitive components, which is advantageous for products with an increased content of active ingredients or natural extracts. Before final filling, we recommend carrying out a trial filling to verify the behaviour of the specific formulation during longer-term storage.
The packaging can be reused provided that strict hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the top part must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying is the bottle suitable for being refilled. When changing the type of product (for example from oil-based to water-based), we recommend performing a trial filling to rule out any influence on scent or colour from a residual film of the original product.
Before first filling, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution, then with clean water and allowing it to dry thoroughly. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. For the dosing top, it is important to check all parts, remove any impurities and allow them to dry completely after disinfection to prevent dilution of the product by residues of the solution.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting regulations, based on the material specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can generally be placed in the container designated for glass after the removal of any product residues. The top part and any plastic or metal components should be separated and placed in the appropriate collection containers according to the material type. Before handing it over for separate collection, it is advisable to empty the packaging as much as possible and, if necessary, rinse it to minimise any residual contents.
The simplest solution is to use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter, you can combine several parameters at once – for example neck type, size, colour and packaging material. This way you can quickly narrow down the selection to bottles, jars or pots that match the desired look as well as the technical requirements of your product.
