With thicker emulsions or oil blends, spraying performance may deteriorate or the mechanism may become clogged, so we recommend always first testing a small trial amount and verifying the smoothness of dosing.

The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed, but it is recommended to choose one primary purpose (for example cosmetic toners) and not to switch it between completely different types of products. Before each new filling, the bottle, spray pump and dip tube must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. Allow the disinfectant solution to act, then rinse the packaging thoroughly according to the nature of the product being prepared and let it dry completely.

To extend the service life of the packaging, we recommend protecting the bottle from strong impacts and extreme temperature changes. For cleaning the glass it is appropriate to use warm water and a reasonable amount of a mild detergent, while the spray pump is better only rinsed with lukewarm water or a suitable cleaning solution so that the seals are not damaged. After cleaning, let all parts dry naturally at room temperature. Before refilling, always ensure that the packaging is disinfected according to the type of product being prepared.

If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition given in the product parameters. The glass part can be handed over, after emptying and basic rinsing, to a container designated for glass or to a collection point according to local rules. The plastic parts of the spray pump (head, mechanism, dip tube) belong in sorted plastic waste, provided your collection system allows this. Before placing in sorted waste, remove any remaining contents and empty the packaging as much as possible to prevent contamination of other materials in the separate collection.
