The aluminium bottle with white spray pump is a professional packaging solution suitable for filling various liquid preparations where fine, even atomisation is required. The combination of a metal bottle and a practical spray pump enables comfortable application of cosmetic and cleaning blends, while the packaging is stable, mechanically resistant and pleasant to use. Thanks to the opaque material, the packaging helps reduce the exposure of the contents to light and supports a longer usability of the product.
This bottle with spray pump forms a complete, functional set intended for direct use without the need for additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify optimal performance for your particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each refill, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example using isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the safe usability of your own formulations.
The bottle with spray pump is ideal for low-viscosity, liquid products that need to be applied as a fine mist or spray. In practice, this includes hydrolats, toners, body and facial mists, aromatherapeutic blends, light cleaning solutions or interior sprays. For thicker formulations or preparations with a higher content of undissolved particles, we recommend testing the flow and uniformity of spraying in advance.
After the contents have been used up, first rinse the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent to remove product residues. Then rinse with clean water and allow to drain thoroughly. We then recommend disinfecting the packaging and the internal parts of the spray pump – for example by rinsing and spraying using IPA 99 % or 96 % denatured ethanol. After disinfection, let the packaging dry completely at room temperature and only then refill it.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle with spray pump, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules. Before placing it in the recycling container, empty the packaging and mechanically clean it as well as possible from any remaining contents. The aluminium container itself is usually sorted into metal packaging collection, the plastic parts of the spray pump into plastics – the specific recommendation, however, always follows the material information given in the product parameter table and the sorting rules in your region. By proper recycling you support the reuse of raw materials and the reduction of waste volume.
The simplest way to choose is to use the extended filter in the packaging material category. After clicking on the relevant category, you will find the extended filter at the top of the page, where you can select parameters according to your needs – for example neck type, size, colour or material. In this way you can quickly select bottles, dropper bottles, jars or spray pumps that will best match your product and the intended dosing method.
When filling, it is advisable to use clean working tools and avoid contact of the contents with impurities in order to minimise the risk of contamination. We recommend not exceeding the recommended filling level so that the spray pump has sufficient space to function properly and so that there is no overflow when closing. Store the finished product in a dry, cooler place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. For new formulations it is always advisable to carry out a small stability and packaging compatibility test before filling the entire batch.
