The aluminium bottle with sprayer is a practical and professional-looking packaging suitable for gentle and even spraying of liquid preparations. Thanks to its sturdy metal body and high-quality spray mechanism, this packaging is ideal for preparations where precise and comfortable application directly to the skin, hair, a surface or into the air is important.
The packaging is designed for cosmetic and technical liquid products that require hygienic packaging and convenient dosing in the form of a mist or fine spray. The aluminium body also has an aesthetic effect, is resistant to normal mechanical stress and is suitable for artisan, semi-professional and small production runs.
This bottle with sprayer is supplied as a functional combination of packaging and dispensing system, ready for immediate use with suitable liquid products. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The sprayer is primarily designed for watery to slightly viscous liquids so that it can produce a fine, even mist. For thicker formulations we recommend performing a functionality test – checking whether the suction system and nozzle do not remain clogged and whether dosing is smooth. In the case of very thick emulsions, a pump or another type of dispensing may be more suitable.
The packaging can be reused if strict hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. This ensures minimisation of microbiological risk and residues of previous formulations. We always recommend reusing the packaging only for products of a similar nature and checking that the spray mechanism works flawlessly.
Before repeated use, we recommend first rinsing the bottle with a suitable detergent and warm water, then rinsing thoroughly with clean water. After mechanical cleaning, the inside of the packaging and the parts that come into contact with the product must be disinfected with alcohol – for example, isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol have proved effective. It is advisable to pump the sprayer several times with the disinfectant solution so that the tube and nozzle are also flushed through. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules, according to the material specified in the product parameters. The aluminium body of the bottle is usually classified in the metals fraction, while the plastic parts of the sprayer (cap, mechanism and tube) should be separated and placed in the appropriate plastics collection, provided that the collection system in the given municipality allows this. Before handing the bottle over for separate collection, we recommend emptying it and rinsing out any remaining contents. The exact sorting method may differ according to local rules, so it is advisable to follow the recommendations of your recycling centre or municipality.
