The aluminium bottle with spray dispenser represents a professional packaging material suitable for liquid cosmetic preparations as well as homemade cleaning and utility solutions. The solid metal construction helps protect the contents from external influences, while the functional spray dispenser ensures convenient, even and economical dosing. Thanks to the combination of a practical bottle and a dispensing head, it is a universal solution for artisanal and small-scale production alike.
The combination of the aluminium bottle with spray dispenser, which is created directly on Handymade, is tested and functional in terms of compatibility between the packaging and the dispensing head. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing, back suction and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil components, etc.). This will ensure long-term trouble-free use in your specific formulation.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be reused when basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each filling, we recommend first mechanically cleaning the bottle and the relevant components, then rinsing them thoroughly and finally disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol solution (for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol). After disinfection, allow the packaging to air dry and only then proceed with filling, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and prolong the stability of the finished product.
The spray dispenser is designed primarily for low-viscosity liquids such as aqueous solutions, hydrolates, light toners or alcohol-based blends. With thicker emulsions or oils, reduced suction, an uneven mist or complete nozzle blockage may occur. For oil-based or highly viscous products, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and, if necessary, choosing another type of dispensing system (for example a pump) or adjusting the formula to a thinner consistency.
We recommend storing the filled bottle in a dry, cooler place, protected from direct sunlight and significant temperature fluctuations. Always screw the spray dispenser on tightly to minimise the loss of volatile components (for example alcohol) and the ingress of impurities from outside. For formulations with a higher share of natural extracts, also follow the storage recommendations arising from the specific recipe, including expiry date and batch information.
If you decide not to continue using the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type specified in the product parameters. The aluminium bottle should be emptied as thoroughly as possible and rinsed to remove any remaining formulation, and then placed in the appropriate separated waste stream in accordance with local rules for the collection of metal packaging. Sort the plastic parts of the spray dispenser according to the material designation given in the parameters. By sorting correctly, you support the reuse of raw materials and reduce the amount of mixed municipal waste.
For easy selection of suitable packaging, there is an advanced filter which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, jars or dispensing components). In the advanced filter you can combine several criteria at once – the specific neck type and size, the overall size of the packaging, the colour and the material used. In this way you will quickly display only those containers and accessories that meet your technical and aesthetic requirements.
