Isoamyl Laurate is a 100% natural emollient obtained by esterification of lauric acid from palm oil and isoamyl alcohol from bacterial fermentation. This light, non-greasy ester oil is fast spreading, virtually colorless and odorless, and is ideal as a replacement for silicone oils in cosmetic formulations. It excels in stability - unlike other oils, it does not undergo oxidation, create unwanted odors or discolor products during storage.

It is fully biodegradable, produced from 100% renewable sources and meets COSMOS and Natrue standards. Its properties make it an excellent solvent for actives, UV filters and pigments, promoting their even dispersion in the formulation.
