The plastic bottle with dispenser and cap represents a practical, cleanly designed packaging solution suitable for everyday use in cosmetics as well as in home production. Thanks to its ergonomic shape and dispensing closure, it enables comfortable, controlled and hygienic application of liquid and gel formulations without unnecessary waste of the contents. The well-sealing system helps protect the product from contamination and reduces the risk of unwanted leaking during storage or transport.
The packaging is designed to withstand normal use in the bathroom, salon and while travelling. Combined with functional dispensing, the bottle is suitable for artisanal, small-batch and professional production, where packaging stability, protection of the contents and comfortable product application are important.
This bottle is offered as a ready-made combination of packaging with dispensing closure and cap, so it is prepared for immediate filling and use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

You can use the bottle repeatedly if you take proper care of it, but it is recommended to follow strict hygiene rules. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the inner surfaces are completely dry is the bottle ready for the next filling.
After emptying the bottle, we recommend first rinsing the inner space with lukewarm water, optionally with a mild cleaning agent suitable for cosmetic tools. It is then advisable to use a disinfectant alcohol – for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based – to rinse the bottle and the internal parts of the dispenser. After disinfection, allow all components to dry freely at room temperature and only then reassemble and refill them.
Plastic bottles of this type are not intended for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. Exposure to high temperatures may lead to softening or deformation of the walls, damage to the dispenser and deterioration of the tightness of the packaging. Gentle hand cleaning in lukewarm water, optionally with a mild cleaning agent, followed by disinfection with alcohol is recommended. Such a procedure helps to maintain the functionality of the dispenser as well as the overall appearance of the bottle.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, it is recommended to recycle it according to the type of plastic stated in the parameter table for the product. First, empty the packaging as much as possible and, if necessary, quickly rinse away any residue. Then sort the bottle and the closure into the appropriate plastic container according to local waste collection rules. In this way, you support responsible handling of packaging material and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
