It is ideal for packing cosmetic solutions and auxiliary preparations where comfortable application directly onto the skin, hair, surfaces or into the air is required. Thanks to the plastic material used, the packaging is lightweight, resistant to normal mechanical stress and works well in home cosmetics, artisanal production and professional use.
Yes, the packaging can be reused with gentle handling and adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, however, the bottle and all parts of the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Only after the packaging has been cleaned and completely dried is it appropriate to proceed with refilling, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and any impact on the stability of your formulation.
Plastic packaging in general is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures, so we do not recommend washing it in a dishwasher, boiling it, or heating it near direct sources of heat. Exceeding the recommended temperatures may lead to deformation of the bottle, affect the sprayer sealing, or impair the dosing function. For cleaning, we recommend lukewarm water, a mild detergent and subsequent disinfection with alcohol, ensuring that all parts are allowed to dry completely before the next use.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend disposing of it responsibly in accordance with the material information given in the product parameters. Typically, the plastic bottle is sorted into the container designated for plastic waste; it is advisable to empty it before disposal and remove remaining product as much as possible. The sprayer may be composed of several plastic components and a possible metal spring, so it is ideal to follow local waste-sorting rules; if the components cannot be easily separated, it is generally disposed of together with plastic waste. Always verify the specific plastic type and the recommended sorting in the parameter table for the given product on the website.
The spray bottle is most suitable for products with low to medium viscosity, which allow smooth uptake through the dip tube and fine atomisation. These are primarily aqueous solutions, hydrolats, light alcohol-based sprays and some emulsion blends with a very light texture. Higher viscosity, a high proportion of oils or the presence of undissolved particles can reduce the quality of spraying or lead to nozzle clogging. For any new formulation, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and checking the uniformity of dosing and the return flow of the contents.
