The glass bottle with dropper is a professional packaging suitable for the careful dispensing of liquid formulations, where accuracy, hygienic use and the protection of sensitive contents are important. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the practical dropper closure, it enables convenient packaging of serums, oils, tinctures and other concentrates that require controlled drop-by-drop dosing. This type of dropper bottle is ideal for home and artisan projects where cleanliness, stability and the professional appearance of the final product are important.
This glass bottle with dropper is designed as a functional combination of packaging and dosing closure. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test – focusing on sealing, dosing smoothness and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that you can be sure of optimal performance under your conditions.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass dropper bottle is suitable for most oil-based, low-viscosity and active cosmetic formulations, provided they are designed in line with common practice in cosmetic manufacturing. It is always recommended to carry out a trial filling and a short-term stability test to verify the behaviour of the specific formulation in contact with the packaging and the dropper system.
The packaging can be reused if proper hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dropper pipette must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or with 96 % ethanol denatured of vegetable origin. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable interaction of residues of the original product with the new formulation.
When filling, we recommend using a clean funnel or dosing aid and not filling the contents right to the top, so that there is space for the thread and the dropper. After filling, wipe the neck of the bottle with a clean, lint-free cloth, then screw the dropper on tightly and check the seal by briefly turning the bottle upside down. In this way you minimise the risk of contamination of the thread and leakage during storage or transport.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material specified in the product parameters. After emptying, the glass bottle should be freed from product residues and placed in the appropriate glass container in accordance with local waste sorting rules. The dropper component, which usually combines several materials (plastic, rubber, possibly metal), must be separated from the bottle and sorted according to the instructions of your waste infrastructure, or placed in mixed waste if it is not possible to separate the individual materials. By following these steps, you will contribute to effective recycling and waste reduction.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the extended filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the filter, you can clearly choose the required parameters, such as neck type, packaging size, colour or material. By combining these criteria, you can quickly find bottles, jars, pots or other containers that best match your product and the intended dosing method.
