Blue glass bottle with black safety cap represents a professional packaging suitable especially for filling liquid preparations where safe handling and controlled dispensing are important. Thanks to the solid glass construction and the high‑quality cap with safety feature, it helps protect the contents against unwanted opening, leakage and contamination during storage and use.
The blue glass also contributes to protecting more sensitive formulations from light, thereby supporting the stability and longer shelf life of the contents. The bottle is suitable for cosmetic preparations, technical solutions or concentrated blends that require a reliable, reclosable container with practical dosing.
This product is supplied as a combination of bottle and safety cap. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – verify sealing, the dispensing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that you can be sure the solution meets your technological as well as user requirements.

Before use, we recommend familiarising yourself with the documentation so that you can correctly assess the suitability of the packaging for your formulation, the storage requirements and the intended method of application. Based on the materials used and the recommendations in the certificate, it is also possible to choose an appropriate method of cleaning, disinfection and recycling at the end of the packaging’s service life.
Yes, the glass bottle is suitable for repeated use provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the container must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use products available on Handymade, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. Only after the complete drying of the inner surface is the bottle ready for refilling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the types of materials used, as stated in the product parameters. After rinsing, the glass part should be placed in a container designated for glass. The cap and sealing elements must be sorted according to their material, typically into separated waste for plastics or metal, or into mixed waste if they are not recyclable under local rules. When recycling, follow the local waste‑sorting system and the recommendations given with the product.
The bottle is especially suitable for liquid and less viscous products for which protection against accidental opening and more precise dosing are important. These include, for example, facial toners, serums, hair tonics, concentrated extracts, aromatic blends, perfume compositions or laboratory solutions. It is always necessary, however, to verify the compatibility of the specific formulation with the glass and closure in line with the recommendations in the Packaging Quality Certificate.
Before the first filling, we recommend checking the bottle, rinsing it with a suitable medium (for example distilled water or alcohol, depending on the character of your formulation) and then disinfecting it. For disinfection you can use alcohol solutions, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. After natural drying in a clean environment, you can fill the container with the prepared product and tighten the cap firmly to ensure optimal sealing.
