Glass bottle with dropper represents a professional packaging solution suitable for precise dosing of various liquid formulations. High‑quality glass in combination with a dropper enables hygienic, controlled and repeatable dosing, making the bottle ideal for both cosmetic and technical solutions. The matte finish reduces light penetration, which contributes to better protection of more sensitive components and to the stability of the filled product during storage and use.
The bottle is intended primarily for liquid and medium‑viscosity products, for which the dropper ensures smooth dripping. For more viscous oils and viscous serums, we recommend making a trial filling in order to verify the dosing speed and the smoothness of dripping. If the flow is too slow, it may be more suitable to choose another form of dispensing (for example a pump or another type of applicator) within the range of compatible packaging on Handymade.
The glass packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol‑based product, for example isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol) or plant‑based ethanol (Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based). In this way you reduce the risk of microbial contamination even with repeated use and ensure long‑term hygienic conditions for your product.
It is appropriate to first rinse the bottle with a suitable solvent according to the type of previous filling (for example with oil in the case of an oil‑based content, followed by a mild cleaning agent and water). After washing, rinse the interior and the outer surface thoroughly with clean water and let it dry naturally, or lightly rinse with alcohol to speed up evaporation of the remaining water. Clean the dropper carefully, without mechanical force, so that the rubber or plastic part is not damaged and reliable sealing is maintained for further use.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste‑sorting rules and with the information given in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in the appropriate glass container after removing any remaining contents. Sort the closure, dropper or other components according to their material composition, or separate the rubber and plastic parts if this is required by the local recycling system. Before disposal, it is advisable to rinse the packaging in order to minimize the amount of residual product in the waste.
The easiest way to find suitable packaging is to use the extended filter in the packaging material categories. After clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, jars or pharma bottles), you will find at the top of the page the option to filter according to several parameters. You can select the neck type, size, colour and material of the packaging, or combine several filters at once. In this way you quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that corresponds to your formulation, the dosing method and your visual requirements.
