The transparent round plastic bottle with dispenser and white-gold cap is a universal container suitable for liquid and slightly viscous preparations where more precise and hygienic dosing is important. The practical dispensing mechanism facilitates the application of the contents directly onto the skin or onto a pad, which you will appreciate during everyday use of cosmetic and specialised preparations. Thanks to the transparent walls, you have good visual control over the amount of product in the bottle, and the elegant combination of the dispenser with the cap gives the finished product a professional appearance suitable for personal use as well as small-scale production.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the container must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant-based ethanol. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extend the shelf life of your finished product.
Before repeated use, we recommend disassembling the bottle, dispenser and cap into their individual parts, rinsing them mechanically to remove product residues and then flushing them with a suitable cleaning solution. After cleaning, it is advisable to treat all parts with disinfectant alcohol (ALK001 / ALK002) and allow them to dry thoroughly. For thicker preparations, it may be necessary to flush the dispenser repeatedly so that the functionality of the pump is not reduced.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend, after emptying it and carrying out basic cleaning, placing it in sorted waste according to the material designation given in the product parameters. Follow local waste sorting rules – most often this will be a container intended for plastic waste. Before discarding, remove any remaining contents and, if possible, separate the individual material components (for example the closure or cap) so that recycling is more efficient.
Plastic packaging of this type is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures, therefore we do not recommend washing it in a dishwasher or boiling it. At higher temperatures there is a risk of deformation of the packaging and a reduction in the functionality of the dispensing mechanism. For hygienic treatment, it is more appropriate to use hand washing in moderately warm water, followed by rinsing and disinfection with alcohol, which does not require a high temperature to ensure hygiene.
