The transparent body of the bottle allows easy control of the contents and their quantity, which makes it suitable for both home and professional filling of cosmetic blends, hygiene preparations or other solutions. These bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the chosen parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
When selecting a suitable closure or dispensing system, take into account the viscosity of the product, the method of use (fine spray, targeted application, pouring) and the expected user comfort. A correctly selected combination of packaging and closure will support the professional impression of the product as well as its functionality in everyday practice.

Before implementation in production, we recommend verifying the compatibility of the specific formula with the packaging by means of internal testing (stability, sealing, dispensing and long-term storage).
The bottle can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection, we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you will find in our range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After cleaning, allow the bottle and the closure to dry completely in order to prevent unwanted contamination of the product.
This type of plastic packaging should not be exposed to high temperatures. When washing in a dishwasher or boiling, there is a risk of deformation of the packaging and deterioration of the closure’s tightness. We recommend gentle manual cleaning with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent, followed by thorough rinsing and disinfection with an alcohol-based preparation. This will help you maintain the shape stability of the bottle and the reliability of the closure.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the information stated in the parameter table on the product page. Before placing it in sorted waste, empty the bottle as much as possible and, if necessary, rinse out any product residue. Then place the packaging in the appropriate collection container according to the type of plastic given in the parameters. By recycling correctly, you help to reduce the amount of waste and support a more sustainable approach to packaging materials.
When filling, make sure that the formulation has an appropriate temperature – hot or very warm blends can deform the plastic and negatively affect the tightness of the closure. It is recommended to fill only after the product has cooled slightly. After filling, always check the closure of the bottle and perform a leak test. When storing, avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat in order to maintain the stability of the contents and of the packaging itself.
