Is this glass bottle suitable for thicker oil serums, or only for thin liquids?

The bottle with dropper is designed to work well with standard oil-based and aqueous cosmetic formulations. Thicker serums and oils can be dosed drop by drop; however, for very viscous products we recommend performing a dosing trial and, if necessary, adjusting the formula (for example by slightly reducing the viscosity) so that the dropper works smoothly and evenly.

Can I reuse this bottle for different cosmetic products?

The glass packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed, especially within your own production or for personal use. Before each new filling, the bottle and dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example the products IPA 99% isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96% denaturovany rastlinny. Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for safe refilling.

How should I properly clean and prepare the bottle before first use?

Before the first filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle (rinsing the clean container with a suitable detergent, then rinsing thoroughly with water), allowing it to dry and then disinfecting it with alcohol. Alcohol-based preparations have proven suitable for disinfection, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96% denaturovany rastlinny. After the alcohol has evaporated and the inner surface has dried, the bottle is ready to be filled with the final product.

How should I safely dispose of or recycle the empty bottle if I no longer wish to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it in sorted waste collection according to the material indicated in the product parameters. The glass container can usually be placed in the glass recycling bin after rinsing out product residues. The dropper closure consists of several materials, so it is advisable to follow the information in the parameter table and, according to the possibilities of local waste collection, assign it to the relevant fraction. By following these principles, you support efficient recycling and a reduction in the amount of waste.
