The transparent milky glass bottle with nasal spray is a professional packaging intended primarily for nasal solutions, hydrolats, solutions containing salts or other liquid formulations where targeted, gentle and hygienic dosing onto the nasal mucosa is important. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the special design of the nasal sprayer, the bottle is suitable for filling cosmetic, hygiene and auxiliary preparations based on water or water-alcohol mixtures.
The packaging provides a stable and durable solution for formulators, small-scale producers and home production who are looking for a functional nasal bottle with a reliable sprayer. The transparent milky glass enables optical control of the contents and at the same time looks aesthetically clean and professional – suitable for small as well as limited product editions.
This glass bottle is supplied with a special nasal sprayer that is adapted in shape and function for comfortable and precise application into the nasal cavity. The bottles themselves are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters in the offer.
The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that the packaging works safely and reliably with your final product.

Yes, the bottle with nasal spray is suitable for home production as well as for small artisan or test series of products. Thanks to the high-quality glass and functional nasal sprayer, you obtain a professional-looking packaging even for smaller production volumes. However, before placing on the market, we recommend testing the stability of the formulation in the selected packaging and verifying the current legislative requirements for the type of product you are filling.
The packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed with suitable water and then disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using high-percentage alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the packaging in order to minimize the risk of product contamination.
The key is to choose a suitable viscosity and composition of the solution – formulations that are too thick or highly thickened can reduce the quality of atomization and cause clogging of the nozzle. It is recommended to work with clear, well-filtered solutions without undissolved particles. During product development, perform dosing tests in the same vial in which you will be using the solution and monitor the behaviour of the sprayer over time, including storage under various conditions.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules and the information provided in the parameter table for the product. As a rule, the glass bottle can, after emptying and basic rinsing, be placed in the container designated for glass, while the plastic parts of the sprayer (head, tube, any seals) belong in sorted plastic waste. Before recycling, remove any product residues from the container and, where possible, separate the glass and plastic parts so that sorting is as efficient as possible.
