The frosted milk glass bottle with matte silver dropper represents an elegant and professional packaging solution for various liquid formulations where precise and hygienic application is important. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the integrated dropper, the bottle is suitable for filling serums, oils, concentrates and other products where dose control and protection of the contents from external influences are essential. The milk glass also helps protect more sensitive components from light and contributes to the stability of the composition during storage.
The glass bottle with dropper is very suitable for filling oil-based serums, facial oils and concentrated active ingredients, where you need precise dosing. Glass is a stable packaging material that generally tolerates a wide range of cosmetic oils and active substances well. However, for every new formulation we recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – check the sealing of the dropper, the behaviour of the material in long-term contact with your product and the stability of the appearance of the contents during storage.
The dropper is designed for drop-by-drop dosing, so it is sufficient to hold the bottle in a vertical position and gently press the rubber part of the dropper. For the first use, we recommend testing how many drops correspond to one dose of your product and then setting the recommended amount for the end user accordingly. For hygiene reasons, avoid contact of the pipette with the skin or any other surface – this will help extend the shelf life and stability of the contents.
The packaging can be reused provided that you follow strict hygiene rules. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and dropper, mechanically removing residues of the previous contents and then disinfecting them. To disinfect glass packaging and selected components, you can use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol – the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based are suitable for this purpose. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill them with the new product.
If you decide not to use the bottle any longer, we recommend first removing any remaining contents and cleaning it. The glass body of the bottle is normally sorted into the container intended for glass according to local waste separation rules. The dropper is made up of several materials (e.g. plastic, rubber, possibly metal components), so we do not recommend throwing it into the glass container – it is advisable to follow the recommendations of your collection system or dispose of it in mixed waste if more detailed sorting is not available. The specific recycling symbol and sorting recommendation can be found in the parameter table with the product on the Handymade website.
The easiest way to find a suitable bottle, dropper bottle or jar for your product is to use the advanced filter in the packaging material category. After clicking on the selected category, the advanced filter is located at the top of the page and allows you to clearly filter packaging by neck type, size, colour and material. By combining these parameters, you can quickly select the packaging that meets the technical and design requirements of your product.
