Square glass roll-on bottle 45 ml is a practical packaging designed for convenient and hygienic application of liquid cosmetic preparations directly onto the skin. Thanks to the integrated roll-on system, it enables even application of products without the need for direct contact with the hands, which helps reduce the risk of contamination and enhances the professional impression of the packaging.
Durable glass ensures high stability of the packaged product and minimizes interactions with the contents, which is why this bottle is suitable for various formulations on both water and oil basis. The square shape makes handling easier, saves space during storage and allows practical arrangement of the packaging on shelves or in cosmetic sets.
The standalone square glass roll-on bottle 45 ml is designed to be compatible with suitable types of roll-on systems and closures according to the parameters selected in the Handymade offer. Within the range you will find roll-on balls and corresponding closures that ensure functional and reliable dosing.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verify sealing, smoothness of dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially with a higher proportion of oils or active substances).

The square glass roll-on bottle 45 ml is, from a material point of view, a universal packaging that is generally suitable for most oil-based and water-based cosmetic preparations. However, for each new formulation we recommend performing your own compatibility test – verify the smoothness of dosing through the roll-on ball, the stability of the product over time and the behaviour of the closure during normal use and storage.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each filling, and especially when changing the type of product, it is necessary to clean the bottle thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable agent. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the Handymade range for example as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let the packaging dry completely, check the roll-on ball mechanism and only then proceed to filling.
Do not overfill the bottle when filling and leave a small headspace below the neck so that the roll-on system sits correctly after placing and pressing it in. After inserting the roll-on fitment, carefully fix it according to the packaging manufacturer’s recommendations and then screw on or snap on the corresponding closure. Before first use, perform a test – roll the ball several times over clean skin or a test surface, check the smoothness of dosing and make sure that there is no undesired leakage of the contents anywhere.
Roll-on applicators are primarily intended for individual use in order to minimise the risk of transfer of impurities and micro-organisms. If you plan to use the product among several people, it is recommended to ensure stricter hygiene – for example do not apply the preparation to visibly irritated or damaged skin, if necessary replace the roll-on fitment after some time and disinfect the packaging again. For professional use (salons, studios) consider rather individual packaging for each client.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend responsible recycling according to the type of material stated in the product parameters. The glass container can usually be placed, after emptying and basic cleaning, into a container intended for glass. Plastic or metal parts of the closure or roll-on mechanism should be separated and sorted according to local waste collection rules. Before handing the packaging over for collection, always remove product residues and check that you are sorting each material into the correct containers according to the recommendations of your municipality.
