The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer represents a practical packaging solution for carefully formulated liquid preparations that need to be applied as a fine mist. It allows convenient dosing without contact with the contents, which helps preserve the quality and stability of the mixture during use. Thanks to the combination of a lightweight plastic container and a functional mechanical sprayer, the bottle is suitable for everyday use in both home and professional environments.
The design of the trigger sprayer supports even application of solutions to the skin, hair, textiles or surfaces while minimizing wastage of the contents. The packaging is designed to be easy to grip, easy to carry and suitable for precise dosing of liquid preparations of various viscosities depending on their composition.
This bottle with trigger sprayer forms a ready-made functional combination of packaging and dosing system. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify optimal atomization, back suction and long-term stability of the product in the chosen packaging.

The plastic material of the packaging is intended for use under normal room conditions and within a standard temperature range. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures in order to prevent damage. In case of excessive heating there is a risk of deformation of the packaging, which may affect the tightness and functionality of the sprayer. For this reason, the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling; gentle hand cleaning at appropriate temperatures and the use of suitable cleaning agents is recommended.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, it is advisable to recycle it correctly according to the type of plastic material specified in the product parameters. The packaging should be freed from any product residues and placed in the collection container intended for the relevant type of plastic according to local recycling rules.
Before the first filling, it is advisable to mechanically clean the packaging, rinse it and allow it to dry thoroughly. To ensure hygienic cleanliness, we then recommend disinfecting the inner surface of the bottle and the trigger sprayer using a suitable alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After applying the disinfectant, the packaging must be allowed to dry completely and only then should you proceed to fill it with your own preparation.
Yes, the packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles and appropriate handling are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and helps preserve the quality of the new fill. At the same time, it is necessary to avoid exposing the PET packaging to high temperatures, since it is not intended for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, responsible recycling is recommended. First, remove any remaining contents from the bottle and, if necessary, rinse it so that no significant product residues remain in the recycling stream. Then sort the packaging according to the type of plastic material indicated in the product parameters and place it in the collection container designated for that type of plastic in line with local waste-sorting rules. The trigger sprayer may consist of several parts; if necessary, you can separate it from the bottle and sort it according to the recommendations of your collection system.
The trigger sprayer is most suitable for low-viscosity liquids that are to be applied as a fine spray, for example hydrolats, facial and body toners, refreshing mists, hair sprays, air fresheners or disinfectant solutions for surfaces. For formulations with a higher proportion of oils or thicker components, we recommend always testing whether the mechanism can reliably draw up the liquid and distribute it evenly, and, if necessary, adjusting the formula or choosing another type of dosing.

In the advanced filter you can narrow down the range according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour or material. In this way you can quickly find bottles, jars, containers, closures or dispensers that best match the properties of your product and the desired mode of application.
We recommend storing the filled bottle in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat. PET material is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures, so the packaging should not be left in overheated areas, for example in a car in direct sunlight. Proper storage at stable room temperatures helps maintain the shape stability of the bottle, the reliable sealing of the sprayer and the long-term quality of the contents according to the nature of your formulation.
