With every new filling it is however important to observe hygiene principles – the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After cleaning and disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely, check the functionality of the sprayer and only then refill the packaging.

For which type of products is this packaging with sprayer most suitable?

The bottle with sprayer is optimal for liquid formulations with low to medium viscosity that need to be applied as a fine mist. These are mainly facial and body sprays, hydrolats, air fresheners, textile sprays, hair mists, repellent blends for external use or light cleaning solutions. How should I clean the bottle properly before first use and before refilling?

Before first use and before each refilling, we recommend disassembling the packaging into separate parts – the bottle body and the sprayer mechanism. First rinse the container with a suitable washing agent and clean water, then apply a disinfectant, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Allow the disinfectant solution to act briefly, then let all parts air-dry at room temperature. We recommend flushing the sprayer with a small amount of the selected disinfectant so that it passes through the entire dosing path, thereby ensuring hygienic cleanliness inside the system as well.

How can I safely dispose of or recycle the plastic bottle if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. Before handing it over for recycling, it is advisable to separate the bottle body from the sprayer mechanism, as the individual parts may be made of different plastics. Observe the local waste sorting rules in your municipality or city and always follow the material designation on the packaging and the information in the technical documentation.
