FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Can this plastic bottle with spray dispenser be used repeatedly?

Yes, the packaging can be reused provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the new product. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of technical purity intended for this purpose, which you will find in the offer as IPA 99 % and ethanol 96 % denatured. After treatment, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then refill the packaging.

How should I properly clean and disinfect the bottle before the next use?

First rinse the packaging and the spray dispenser with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water to remove residues of the original product. Then apply an alcohol‑based disinfectant – for example products available in the e‑shop in the alcohols category, which are intended for cleaning packaging. After disinfection, it is important to allow all components to air out thoroughly and dry completely. This improves the stability of the new product and reduces the risk of undesirable changes in scent, consistency or appearance.

How can I correctly recycle this bottle with spray dispenser if I no longer want to reuse it?
