The plastic bottle with smooth cap and reducer represents a practical and reliable packaging for various liquid and more fluid formulations where controlled dosing and hygienic application are important. Thanks to the plastic material used, the bottle is lightweight, resistant to normal handling and suitable for home as well as professional use in smaller and larger series.
The integrated reducer helps ensure more precise and cleaner dosing of the contents, which you will appreciate for cosmetic products, DIY recipes and semi‑professional production. The smooth cap creates a compact and aesthetic appearance that looks professional and can be easily combined with various labels or brand branding.
This type of bottle is designed as a universal packaging compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters. In practice, you can combine it with screw caps, drop reducers, spray heads or other practical applicators that match the given neck type and thread.
The packaging and cap combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the dosing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, active substances, etc.).

The packaging can be used repeatedly with proper care and adherence to hygienic principles. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly washing the bottle and cap, then cleaning and disinfecting them with a suitable agent – for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant‑based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. In this way, you prepare the packaging for reuse and reduce the risk of microbial contamination of the contents.
When choosing packaging, base your decision mainly on the product consistency and the application method. Liquid products such as toners or micellar waters generally require a narrower neck and a reducer for more precise dosing, while thicker emulsions may need a pump or another type of applicator. Also consider the planned storage and frequency of use – for frequent handling, a more robust, lightweight and ergonomic package is more practical, one that sits well in the hand and closes easily.
If you plan to change the type of filling (for example from a facial toner to another solution), first rinse the bottle with warm water and a mild detergent and thoroughly remove any residues of the original product. We then recommend disinfecting the packaging using a suitable alcoholic solution, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. After disinfection, let the bottle and cap dry completely at room temperature away from direct heat. This supports the cleanliness of the packaging and minimizes undesirable interaction between the old and new contents.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend recycling it as far as possible according to the instructions given with the material designation in the product parameters. Before placing it in separate collection, empty the packaging, remove any remaining contents with water and let it dry. Then place it in the appropriate container according to the plastic type and local waste sorting rules. This way you reduce the environmental burden and support the reprocessing of the used material.
