The plastic bottle with dispenser and cap is a universal packaging intended for professional and hobby filling of liquid cosmetic preparations and other liquid formulations. Thanks to the practical dosing, it enables precise, hygienic and repeatable application of the product without unnecessary waste. The compact body of the bottle ensures convenient use in the bathroom, in the salon and on the go, and the elegant appearance supports the perception of the quality of the final product.
The design of the packaging is engineered to withstand everyday use, protect the contents against unwanted contamination and minimise the contact of the preparation with air. Thanks to this, the bottle is suitable for packing shampoos, gels, body and hair cosmetics, serums, emulsions, but also cleansing preparations intended for cosmetic use. The combination of dispenser and protective cap at the same time reduces the risk of unintentional pressing during transport and storage.
This bottle is supplied directly with a compatible dispenser and cap, so it is immediately ready for filling and use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The bottle can be used repeatedly provided that basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. Only after the inner space has completely dried is the bottle ready for further use. When changing the type of product (e.g. from oil-based to water-based), we recommend paying increased attention to cleaning the packaging.
The dispenser is designed for liquid to medium-viscosity preparations, typically liquid soaps, gels, light emulsions and fluid creams. For very thick creams, dosing may be limited or less comfortable. We recommend performing a trial filling with the specific formulation and verifying whether the chosen viscosity allows smooth and even pressing without excessive resistance.
Yes, this type of bottle is also suitable as travel packaging for favourite cosmetic products. The dispenser is complemented by a protective cap which reduces the risk of unintentional pressing during transport. Nevertheless, we recommend storing the bottle in an upright position when travelling and, in the case of very liquid products, also using a resealable bag as additional protection for your luggage.
Before repeated filling, first rinse the bottle to remove any remaining product and then wash it with a suitable cleaning agent intended for packaging that comes into contact with cosmetics. After thoroughly rinsing with clean water, allow the packaging to drain and dry. Then we recommend disinfecting the inner space as well as the dosing mechanism with alcohol, for example using the product IPA 99 % or 96 % denatured ethanol. After the alcohol has evaporated and the bottle has completely dried, it is ready for new filling.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle any longer, we recommend first emptying it and removing any product residue. The method of recycling depends on the material specified in the product parameters. Based on this information, you place the packaging into the appropriate separated waste stream (for example among plastics or another specified type of material). If possible, separate the dispenser and cap from the body of the bottle to make sorting more efficient. Adjust the exact recycling recommendations to the local waste-sorting system in your municipality.
